Notice of Meeting
The Teachers Life Annual Meeting is on Thursday, May 5, 2016. The meeting will be held at 916 The East Mall, Toronto, Ontario, at 5 p.m. Teachers Life Members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- receive the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015, and the external auditor’s report on the financial statements;
- elect two (2) Directors for the next period;
- appoint an external auditor to hold office until the close of the next Annual Meeting;
- transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Teachers Life Members can log in to their online Member accounts to read the Annual Review and Full Financial Statements.
